| 摘 要： | 信息化理念对图书馆信息资源建设具有至关重要的影响，所以高校图书馆在信息资源建设中必须要有科学的理念作指导。贫困地区高校图书馆一定要在树立战略理念、服务理念、科学管理理念、应用理念、以人为本理念中进一步推进图书馆信息资源建设的可持续发展。
