| 摘 要： | 学生学习的过程是一个心理构建的过程,而不是一个简单的传送过程。面对学生学习的依赖性、厌学情绪和学习效率低下等问题。教师应树立以人为本的教育观念,把学习的主动权还给学生,通过一些有效的途径激发学生的学习主动性,使学生能以愉快的心情面对学习,主动地参与学习,从而提高体育教学效果。

| Abstract: | Students learning process is a psychological construct of the process,not a simple transfer process.Dependence on the face of students,weary and learning problems and low efficiency.Teachers should set up a people-centered concept of education,the initiative to the students to learn,through some effective ways to stimulate student motivation to learn,so that students can face a happy mood to learn,emotional and full,active participation in learning,thereby enhancing physical education teaching. |
