| 摘 要： | 从“导师制”在我国的实践及高等职业教育发展的实际情况看．高职教育构建有特色的导师制是有必要的。导师制有利于贯彻“以人为本”．特别是“以生为本”的教育理念．从而促进高等职业教育教学改革的推进；有利于“以就业为导向”的培养目标的实现及高职院校双证书制度的落实；有利于形成全员育人的格局．实现学生与学校的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Studying from the practice of tutor system in China and the real situation of China's higher professional education development,it is necessary to establish the tutor system with the characteristics of higher professional education.The tutor system is favourable to carry through human-centred,especially student-cantered teaching theory,and then promote teaching reform development of higher professional education;is favourable to realize the cultivation objective with the employment as the direction and the two certificate system;is favourable to establish the pattern of all people teaching others and realize the sustainable development of students and schools. |
