| 摘 要： | 从哲学认识论层面来看，劳动的本质特征主要体现在它自身所蕴涵的矛盾属性及其辩证统一。首先，劳动具有舍目的性和合规律性双重特征，是主体性活动与物质性活动的统一；其次，劳动具有自然性与社会性双重特征，是物质劳动与非物质劳动的统一；再次，劳动具有系统性和动态性的双重特征，是劳动系统和劳动过程的统一；最后，劳动具有继承性与创造性的双重特征，是重复劳动和创新劳动的统一。劳动的这四对矛盾特征及其辩证统一。在不同的维度上展示着劳动的本质之所在。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of epistemology, the essential characteristics of labor mainly lie in the paradoxical attributes in itself and the dialectical unity. First of all, labor has the dual characteristics of according to subjective need and according to objective law; so it is the unification of subjective activities and material activities; Second, labor is of both individuality and sociality and the unification of individual labor and social labor; Third , labor is systematic and dynamic and the unification of labor system and labor process; Finally, labor is of both inheritance and creativity as well, so it is the unification of repeated labor and creative labor. The four pairs of paradoxical characteristics of labor and the dialectical unity of them show the essence of labor in different dimensions. |
