摘    要:教师教育改革,是我国在深化教育改革,全面提高教育质量,实现教育跨越式发展中的应然之举和必然要求。本文从多层面剖析了当前我国教师教育体系中存在的现实困境,并提出应在教育观念、体制、课程体系、培养模式、管理模式等方面进行积极地创新和转变。

Abstract:Teacher education innovation is necessary for improving education quality and realization education span development.Realism plight of our country teacher education system were analysed in detail.Innovations and conversions must be done,including education notions,systems,cultivation mode,contents,and administration innovation.
