对农村教育综合改革与统筹城乡教育综合改革关系的思考

摘    要:肇始于上世纪80年代后期的农村教育综合改革与当前正在兴起的统筹城乡教育综合改革既有区别又有联系:两者提出的背景不同,改革的内容不同,改革的具体方式不同,但两者都是综合性的改革,都采用统筹的策略,两次改革的终极目标趋于一致。基于以上分析,我们认为农村教育综合改革与统筹城乡教育综合改革应相互衔接,共同推动我国农村教育又好又快的发展。

Abstract:The comprehensive reform of rural education, which began in the late 1980s, has differences and connections with the current emerging comprehensive reform of urban and rural education. They have different backgrounds, different contents and different ways, but they both are comprehensive reforms, and both have adopted the strategy of co-ordination. The ultimate goal of the two reforms will converge eventually. Based on the above analysis, we believe that the comprehensive reform of rural education and the comprehensive reform of urban and rural education should be integrated with each other to promote the sound and fast development of rural education in China.
