农村中小学教师专业发展的问题与对策

摘    要:加强农村教师队伍建设,促进农村教师专业发展是当前基础教育改革与发展研究的重要课题。在对四川省和重庆市的15所农村中小学调查分析后认为,"不研究、不合作、不反思"是农村中小学教师专业发展存在的主要问题,"校本教研、教师合作、教学反思"是解决这些问题的有效措施。

Abstract:To reinforce the rural teachers’organizational construction and promote the rural teachers’ professional development is an important topic of the current basic education reform and development research.According to the survey analysis to the 15 rural primary and secondary school in Sichuan Province and Chongqing Municipality,"not to research,not to cooperate and not to reflect"is the main problem in rural teachers’ professional development,and"school-based study,the teachers’cooperation,and teaching reflection"can effectively solve the above-mentioned problems.
