| Abstract: | After studying the experience of training soccer coaches in some other countries, theauthors analyzed the existing problems in soccer coaches training in China and put forward a sugges-tion of establishing a pluralistic training system, which combines higher education, adult education andon-the-job training. Opinions on reforming and perfecting the current soccer coaches training systemare also put forward. |
