| 摘 要： | 面对新世纪教育大发展的浪潮,办学竞争日趋激烈残酷。吉首大学体育科学学院地处地域偏僻、经济滞后、交通信息闭塞的西部地区,如何理清办学思路、作好科学定位、制定正确的发展方向,直接关系着体院的生存与发展、关系着学生的前途与命运,既要慎之又慎,又必须大胆创新、开拓前进。从确定指导思想及办学思路、全面进行科学定位和从实际出发确定三大发展目标等方面进行详尽的论述,为兄弟院校办学提供参考。

| Abstract: | In the new century,with the development of universities,the competition of running schools becomes severer.Jishou University is located in the remote,backward western region of Hunan.Under these inferior conditions,It is vital that how to find a rational way of development and how to make a scientific and proper orientation are crucial for this university's survival and development,and it also directly decides the students' future and fate,It needs great cautiousness while making bold creation.This paper states in details how to decide the guiding ideology of running school,and how to make a scientific orientation and the three developing goals according to the reality,in order to offer reference for other spors institutes. |
