| 摘 要： | 本文通过对中部H省的M镇、D镇、Z镇三镇的基层法律服务所的调研资料的整理、分析,归纳出纠纷案件的琐碎性、熟人社会和对代理费用的权衡、政府的支持共同营造了中部地区基层法律服务所存在的空间。

| Abstract: | Trough the datum in practice of three skeleton law serving bureaus of M.town. D.town. and Z.town in H.province,. the essay sum up the peculiarity of the case source about the skeleton law serving bureau of central district , and find out that the case trivial, acquaintance society, proxy expense, government support has built the existence space of the skeleton law serving bureau together. |
