| 摘 要： | 河南省的民办高等教育自1984年萌芽以来,经历了缓慢起步——繁盛壮大——衰落退步继而重新崛起,追求转型发展的艰难曲折的发展历程.河南民办高校在发展过程中规模不断壮大,发展空间不断拓展,教育质量逐步提升,取得了显著的成绩.

| Abstract: | Since the budding from 1984, private higher education in He＇nan province experienced a slowing start -- prosperous growth -- fading back then to rise, and the development course of the transformation and development of the arduous and tortuous pursuit. Private colleges in He＇nan unceasingly expand scale of de- velopment, expand space for development, gradually raise the quality of education, and have achieved re- markable results. |
