摘    要:运用信息技术和理论分析的方法对琼斯的“屈蹬式”短跑技术进行了生理学分析,对短跑的部分经典观点提出了质疑.研究指出:膝关节保持较小角度(150o—155o)就保证了屈膝肌较大的拉力角和拉力矩,在此角度肌肉能产生最大张力,从而能获得较大的位移速度和步频.

Abstract:In this article the author conducted a biological analysis to "Curve-treading style" theory by Jones in a proach of informational and theoretical analysis. By questioning some classical theories on race, the author points out that by keeping the knee joint in a smaller angle (150o-155o), the muscles in knee will get a greater pulling angle and distance to produce the greatest extension power. Hence a greater speed and pace-frequency is produced .
