| 摘 要： | 在阅读大量的文献资料的基础上,运用问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对影响运动技能学习的内部因素进行定性定量研究,并相应地提出了在体育教学中提高运动技能学习效率的对策.经研究得出结论:影响运动技能学习主要的内部因素按其影响作用大小排序依次为:原有的动作经验、身体素质、学习意志、学习动机、自信心、学习兴趣.
