| 摘 要： | 在对中国传统音乐抢救、保护的基础上,适当开发利用,以促进当地经济与旅游等事业的发展,是无可厚非的。但是,为避免随意滥用、过度甚至是毁灭性地开发非物质文化遗产尤其是中国传统音乐文化遗产的现象,我们应该尽快制定一整套完备的非物质文化遗产法律保护制度,以达到对非物质文化遗产包括中国传统音乐文化遗产进行全面保护的目的。

| Abstract: | It is reasonable to make use of the traditional Chinese music to develop local economy and tourism based on its salvation and protection.But in order to avoid the phenomenon of abusing non-material cultural heritages such as traditional Chinese music,it is necessary to set up a system of legislative regulations to fully protect them. |
