| 摘 要： | 探讨了创业企业架构能力、元件能力概念及其相互关系,构建了创业企业架构能力、元件能力与绩效关系模型,基于406份大样本企业调研,实证分析表明:架构能力总体上对创业绩效的直接影响不显著,架构能力主要通过元件能力发挥作用;元件能力对创业绩效具有显著正向影响。
