| 摘 要： | 区域文化软实力指的是一个区域因其文化而拥有的非物质实力,对内表现为凝聚力、创造力,对外表现为影响力、吸引力。衡阳是一座历史文化名城,文化资源丰富,但仍需在文化资源整理、城市精神重塑、文化体制改革、城市形象推广、文化产业发展等方面继续努力,以期获得文化软实力的快速提升。
