| 摘 要： | 学术不端行为通常被看作是道德建设问题,这种看法意味着学术不端行为的产生取决于道德意识,是一种自主的道德行为;但是根据社会建构论的观点,学术不端行为是社会建构的产物。在整个建构因素中,主要涉及到制度制定者、科学社团、学校、研究者、媒体等6个因素。它们都可能成为学术不端行为的触发因素,但是不同因素在其中的主导作用并不相同。所以面对具体的学术不端行为首先要抓住主导触发因素。
