| 摘 要： | 当前高校的大学生心理健康教育课程体系,主要以传统的病理性心理学为理论基础,这种教育极大地阻碍了当代大学生心理健康教育的发展和要求。以积极心理学理论为指导对大学生心理健康教育课程进行改革已经成为了高校心理健康教育的迫切任务。
