| 摘 要： | 对电影《卡特教练》中树立的"教体结合"的目标、推行"教体结合"遇到的阻力以及采用的策略进行具体分析,从中得到启示,认为我国不仅应注重理论研究,更应加强在实践中推行"教体结合"的执行力。并提出以下践行措施:1)统一认识,多方动员构筑"教体结合"社会支持体系;2)将竞技体育后备人才培养纳入教育系统促使体育回归教育;3)制定规范的学生运动员管理制度,尤其要严格执行学业标准。
