| 摘 要： | 私立高校在美国高等教育发展中占据重要位置。随着私立高等教育的发展,竞争变得日趋激烈,私立大学因为各种原因退出办学领域现象时有发生。对美国私立大学退出概况、退出原因、退出程序和方式等进行分析探讨,对于当前我国建立民办高校退出机制,具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The private-run colleges and universities have occupied important positions in American higher education.With the development of private-run higher education,the competition there gets more and more violent.Owing to various reasons,the private-run colleges and universities often withdraw from school-running field.It has certain experience-borrowing meaning for setting up the withdrawing mechanism of our country's civilian-run colleges and universities to study the withdrawing conditions,reasons,program and mode of American private-run colleges and universities. |
