| 摘 要： | 中华人民共和国是统一的多民族的国家。民族区域自治制度是我国的一项重要政治制度。民族自治地区民族关系的和谐，是祖国统一、社会安定的重要前提。民族关系的和谐，对新形势下实行民族区域自治，对构建和谐社会有着极大的推动作用。在新的历史时期，进一步加强民族区域自治的研究，对巩固和发展我国社会主义的民族关系，促进少数民族社会经济及文化发展等诸多方面都具有重大意义。

| Abstract: | China is a multinational country.Minority Ethnic Regional Autonomy is a major political system of China.Harmonious relationship among ethnical groups in autonomous regions is a premise for our country's integrity and social stability.Harmonious relationship among ethnical groups can help construct a harmonious society.In the new era,to strengthen research on autonomy in national autonomous regions is of great importance to maintain harmonious relationship among ethnical groups and promote economic,cultural and social development of such regions. |
