By exploring the critical success factors of dual-system vocational education in Germany including close cooperation among multi-stakeholders,orientation through professional action abilities,active engagement of enterprises,high degree of social recognition,as well as continuous updating and reform,the article provides important enlightenments for the development of our modern vocational education. |
