| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工对继续教育具有强烈需求,但目前有效的教育供给还没有形成。新时期,开放大学作为新型大学,担负构建终身教育体系、促进教育公平等重要使命,它具备了为新生代农民工提供教育的基本条件,包括课程资源、学习形式和评价形式等。为有效开展新生代农民工教育,还需采取制定合理的教育经费分担机制、开发特色课程体系、建立课程学习与户籍联系的纽带、在工业区设置由若干学习圈组成的学习中心等措施。

| Abstract: | The new generation of migrant workers have a strong demand for continuing education, but there s no effective supply formation. In the new period, as a systematical and specific new university, the Open Unive rsities are endowed with many important missions in life-long education and the equality of education. They have the basis of life-long education for migrant workers, including curriculum resources, learning forms and evaluation forms. In order to effectively carry out the education of the new generation of migrant workers, measures should be taken such as formulating a reasonable sharing mechanism of educational funds, developing a characteristic curriculum system, establishing a link between curriculum learning and household registration, and setting up a learning center consisting of several learning circles in industrial areas. |
