| 摘 要： | 随着生活水平的提高,运动健身逐渐成为人们关注的焦点,社区体育作为大众健身运动的重要载体引起了社会各界的广泛重视,而社区体育发展缓慢则是冷峻的现实。采用文献法、访谈法、观察法及对比分析法等,总结了城市社区社会体育指导员发展的有利条件,并对培养与管理中的弊端进行了剖析。研究表明:政府角色错位、培养"短视效应"及监管不力三个主要因素导致社区社会体育指导员未能发挥应有的作用。针对困境,在借鉴与融合主要发达国家有效措施的基础上,以培养和管理为视角制定了相应的策略,以期解决城市社区社会体育指导员面临的实际问题,并为相关管理决策部门提供相应的理论参考。

| Abstract: | With the improvement of living standards, fitness by sports has gradually become the focus of people s attention. Community sports, as an important carrier of mass fitness, has aroused widespread attention, while the slow development of community sports is a cold reality. The literature, interview, observation and comparative analysis methods were used to summarize the favorable conditions for the development of social sports instructors in urban communities and to analyze the shortcomings in training and management. Studies have shown that the three main factors of government role dislocation, training “short-sight effect” and poor supervision have led to the failure of community social sports instructors to play their due role. Aiming at the dilemma, based on integrating and fusing the effective measures in developed countries, the corresponding strategies were formulated from the perspective of training and management, in order to solve the practical problems faced by social sports instructors in urban communities, and provide corresponding theories and reference for departments who make relevant management and decisions. |
