| 摘 要： | 党的十八届五中全会提出的"创新、绿色、协调、开放、共享"五大理念对我国社会各领域的发展都起到了引领作用。"五大发展理念"也是我国开放教育事业的发展方针。从"五大发展理念"的具体内涵论述其对开放教育的引领作用,并指出开放教育的未来走向。
