| 摘 要： | 在经济科技全球化时代，创新资源和要素在世界范围内充分流动，如何把握机遇、提高创新能力，是民营企业面临的一道难题。本文以吉利汽车为例，从创新网络的视角分析了吉利在网络嵌入、构建网络、形成网络能力等历程中所采取的战略战术以及所取得的创新绩效，并深入研究了民营企业在不断拓展的网络中获取知识和资源提升自身创新能力的路径。

Study on the Evolution Path of the Private Enterprise’s Innovative Capability Based on Theory of Innovation Network |

| Abstract: | In the era of economic & technological globalization, innovative resources and elements are flowing adequately around the world. How to grasp the opportunity and improve innovative ability are difficult problem which are faced with private enterprises. This paper takes Geely Automobile Group as a case and analyzes its Strategy, tactics and innovative achievement during the period of embedding network, building network and forming network ability in innovation network Perspective. At the end of this paper, conclusions that how to improve private enterprises’ innovative ability in widening innovative network are put forward. |
