| 摘 要： | 针对我国现代学徒制开展过程中存在的缺乏必须的法律保障、制度缺乏必须引力、尚未形成多方共赢的参与机制、学徒培训建设滞后等问题,需要通过建立健全政府全面服务系统供给链、建立科学有效的全面合作机制、创新学徒培养模式、建立与现代学徒制相匹配的教学条件等措施,以提高我国现代学徒制开展的成效。

| Abstract: | There are many problems in the process of modern apprenticeship in our country to implement such as the lack of necessary legal protection, system lack of necessary gravity, unformed multi-win situation parti cipation mechanism and the outdated apprenticeship construction. We need to establish scientific and effective cooperation mechanism and the apprentice training mode innovation, establish teaching conditions matching the modern apprenticeship through the establishment of the government supply chain of comprehensive service system, in order to improve our country s modern apprenticeship to implement. |
