| 摘 要： | 从探索人的心理需要的基本原理出发，依据体育教学大纲的要求，采用经验总结法，揭示了学生体育需要的心理结构诸要素及其形成和发展的规律．逐一说明机体运动需要、求新需要、求趣需要、求知及求成需要等对学生体育学习的心理影响和作用，且紧密联系体育教学改革实际和学生身心发展的年龄特点，提出了几种有效促进学生体育学习的重要手段和措施．

| Abstract: | This essay starts from the basic principle of exploring students, psychological need, according to the requirement of teaching outline, it takes the method of summarizing the experiences, reveals different main elements of psychology structure and their forming and developing principles. It also explains that the movement need of organism, the need of seeking for new thing and interest. the need of seeking for knowledge and success etc.have psychological influences on students' learning of physical education. And it associates closely with the practical reform in physical culture's teaching and characteristics of students' theies and minds' development, proposes a few important effective methods and measures of promoting students' learning of physical culture. |
