| 摘 要： | 新时期高校教师加强现代教育技术素质的培养，是实现教育教学改革新突破和推进教育现代化的重要手段。因此，我们必须更新观念，紧跟时代发展的步伐，采取切实可行的措施，提高教师应用现代教育技术进行教学的能力，实现教育过程的最优化。
