| Abstract: | The core of the plan to develop town and country as a whole is to facilitate the development of rural economy and the key is the transfer of the surplus labor force in rural areas. However, at present there exist some problems in transferring the surplus labor force and it is of practical significance to properly analyze and solve these problem. |
