| 摘 要： | 当前河北省高职院校绩效考核中存在着考核内容片面化,考核反馈空心化,考核方法简单化,考核过程主观化等问题。因此,绩效考核需加以改进,考核内容应客观全面,考核反馈应畅通透明,考核方法应灵活多样,考核系统应严谨科学。
