| 摘 要： | 为了适应不断变化的信息化环境和更客观地评价企业信息化水平,原有企业信息化水平评价模型也应该随之变化。简要介绍企业信息化水平评价模型研究新进展,指出现有模型的不足之处,提出了基于信息化应用水平、信息化基础设施、员工信息化水平和信息化安全四个领域的AISS评价模型。在构建模型基础上,调研并获得上海市20家制造企业信息化基础数据,应用主成分分析法对其进行评价,为政府选择信息化标杆企业和实施信息化建设企业提供一个参考模型。
