| 摘 要： | 通过对我国身体教育现状以及高校体育教学的地位和作用的分析，认为高校体育教育应对树立以终身体育理论为指导思想，培养学生的体育兴趣、受好及习惯，提高锻炼能力，树立终身从事体育锻炼的观念。
