| 摘 要： | 就如何推进篮球职业化、市场化的综合改革，从深化现有的管理体制和运行机制改革、进一步完善职业篮球竞赛法规、搞好教练员队伍建设、抓好后备力量培养、处理好引进外援和普及提高的关系、充分重视媒体广告的作用等方面做了阐述。

| Abstract: | Recently die basketball in China is facing a prosperous situation brought by professional reform. Meanwhile, it also confronts plenty of difficulties and complicated conditions, in which exist opportunities and challenges, hopes and risks. This paper analyzes some basic theoretical views,in following fields:how to impel the comprehensive reform on basketball professionalization and marketlization;how to deepen existed management system and operation system;how to improve contest rules and scientific training in order to enhance the quality of contest; how to establish a coach team and educate reserve force; how to deal with the relationship between foreign aid and universal progress and finally, pay attention to the function of media and mass. |
