| 摘 要： | 文章从唯物史观的角度分析了现代企业家精神的理论内涵，说明儒家思想对塑造现代企业家精神具有重要的影响。以儒家思想为核心的现代企业家精神本质上是一种企业文化，具有文化管理功能，对于规范我国市场经济秩序，构建和谐经济具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Modern enterprisers' spirit has been analyzed from the perspective of materialism history,which implies the influence of Confucian philosophy on enterpriser's spirit.Modern enterpriser's spirit,with Confucian philosophy as the core,is a enterprise culture in nature,which has cultural management function.It is of great realistic significance to develop harmonious economy regulating China's market order. |
