| 摘 要： | 运用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法，对无锡区域经济结构、产业结构、技术层次特点以及无锡市城市发展定位作系统分析，把对无锡各高职院校人才培养现状的调研结果放在无锡经济社会发展的总体格局中进行考量，指出目前无锡高职教育与区城经济发展和城市建设之间存在的不协调性。在此基础上提出，应针对区城经济的产业结构特点，系统整合区城内的教育资源，建立与区域经济发展要求相适应的高职教育专业结构和人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | How to realize the positive interaction of higher vocational education with local economy is an inevitable subject both to the theoretical and practical extents in the field of higher vocational education. Using the combinative method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, the article makes a systematic analysis on Wuxi's territorial economic structure, industrial structure, feature of technological levels and the orientation of developing; Putting the survey result of the present condition of Wuxi's higher vocational education into the consideration of the city's general development structure, the article points out the incoordination between the territorial economic development and the city construction. Based on above facts, the article puts forward that we should focus on the feature of the local economic industrial structure, rearrange the local educational resource, build up the specialty structure and talent training mode which are suitable for local economic development. |
