| 摘 要： | 科学技术的快速发展正在猛烈冲击着人类社会各个领域,并引发了人类社会的激烈变革.本研究从大视野的角度提出了当代科学技术发展的12个趋向:科技发展呈现指数式增长;新兴学科不断涌现,科技体系日趋庞大;主导技术显示群体突破态势;科技与经济和社会的关系日趋紧密;高技术产业发展迅速;大科学研究走向国际合作;人才是国际科技竞争的焦点;创新成为席卷全球的新潮流;科技突破引发新军事变革;世界科技中心转向多极格局;科技政策调整方兴未艾;科技的负面效应呼唤协调发展.
