| 摘 要： | 调查表明,东北三省省级和地级市公共图书馆在网络信息服务中,网站的建设和维护程度有待于提高,网上参考咨询服务的方式和用户交互需要完善,图书馆网站的主动信息服务能力亟待加强,在线信息服务对政务信息公开和特殊群体的信息援助不够。应加强宏观政策的导向和微观的维护指导以提升我国公共图书馆的网络信息服务质量。
