摘    要:自然分材教学是教师让学习任务随学生差异自然分化并引导学生针对自己存在的学习问题进行研究的教学理论与实践形态。在课堂教学中,它有一套系统的操作环节。但是,每一环节的实施都需要教师的深刻理解和恰当运用,简单的照搬往往不能达到预期的效果,甚至在短时间内还可能出现混乱和南辕北辙的情况。有鉴于此,笔者在实践中探索出几点有效落实自然分材教学的举措,它们是:感情先行、学习攻略和成绩期望值等。
