| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法，从阐释社会互动理论视角出发，分析了体育志愿服务中互动产生的原因及互动中存在的问题，进而提出了构建体育志愿者与服务对象和谐关系的几点对策：（1）加强组织者与成员及被服务人员间互动，充分发挥主观能动性；（2）正确认识社会互动的意义；（3）大力宣传组织理念，促进成员参照群体的形成；（4）改善激励策略，遵循“侵犯一赞同”命题；（5）遵循社会报酬交换原则，寻找合适伙伴，促进互动融洽。

| Abstract: | In order to promote the development of sports volunteer service, using the methods of documenta- tion, From explaining The social interaction theory, Analysis of the sports volunteer service interaction causes and interaction problems, then put forward the construction of sports volunteer service object harmonious relations with several countermeasures： （ 1 ） Strengthen interacting among the organizers and members and be serviced personnel, fully exert subjectivity ; （2） Correctly understand the significance of social interaction ; （3） Dissemi- nating organization concept, promoting the formation of member references groups; （4） Improving incentive strategy, following ＂Infringe upon --agree with proposition＂ ; （5） following the principle of social compensation exchange, to find a suitable partner, then promoting interactive harmonious. |
