| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法，对中小学生参与阳光体育运动的现状进行了调查。结果显示：中小学生对于阳光体育运动的认知情况较为浅显，参与阳光体育运动的总体情况较为乐观，但其个人自觉、主动性还有待提高。升学压力大、体育活动时间缺乏、体育场地、器材设备不足等是影响中小学生主动参加阳光体育运动的主要因素。建议在中小学生中树立健康第一的思想，以积极推动阳光体育运动的实施；加大体育场地设施的资金投入；重视学校一家庭一社会体育相结合，促进学生主动、自觉参与阳光体育运动。

Survey on Secondary And Primary School Students to Participate in the Sunshine Sports |

| Abstract: | Abstract： By Using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, conducted a survey of primary and secondary school students to participate in the sun sports status quo. The results showed that ： the level of prima ry and secondary students＇ awareness of the sun sports basically in simple to understand. Primary and secondary school students to participate more optimistic about the overall situation of the sun sport, but the pupils individual consciousness, the initiative needs to be improved. Academic pressure, lack of sports activities, sports venues, and the lack of facilities and equipment, factors affecting primary and secondary school students take the initia- tive to participate in the Sunshine Sports. Health First is to establish and actively promote the implementation of the Sunshine Sports; increase funding for sports facilities; great importance to the school Family combination of social sports, to promote students＇ active, conscious participation sunshine sports is recommended. |
