| 摘 要： | 清末及民国初年,日本利用发动侵华战争之机和采取盗购盗运等方式,大肆掠夺我国文献资源.利用发动战争之机掠夺文化遗产严重违反有关国际法准则,对中国文献资源的掠夺是日本帝国主义发动侵华战争的需要.
