| 摘 要： | 科学测度新型工业化的进程和质量，并构建符合区域特点的新型工业化评价指标体系是一个亟待解决的课题。新型工业化综合测度是对新型工业化发展水平和质量进行有效的测量，要客观反映新型工业化进程、工业化质量、工业化发展的协调性和稳定性，以便全面衡量区域新型工业化的进程和发展状况。

| Abstract: | New type industrialization is the key to the first half of the century industrial mod-ernization.New type industrialization is the route one must take the industrialization of China＇s devel-opment,how to scientifically measure the process and quality of new industrialization,and construct the regional characteristics of the comprehensive evaluation system of new industrialization index is an urgent problem to be solved.The comprehensive measure of the new industrialization is the effective measurement of the level of new industrialization development and quality coordination to reflect the new industrialization process the quality of industrialization,industrialization development and stabili-ty,progress and development to the full measure of regional new industrialization. |
