| 摘 要： | 伴随着高等教育大众化的步伐,当前高校遇到了许多矛盾和难题,科学发展观是建设和谐校园的根本。以科学发展观重新审视高等教育的目的与手段,是解决当前高等教育遭遇的矛盾和难题的起点。以科学发展观促进学校内部各种教育要素的均衡、协调与优化,并以其构建体现法治理性的校园制度文化,是坚持以人为本、以民主法治原则建设校园和谐的关键所在。

| Abstract: | Along with the popularization of higher education, the university has encountered many contradictions and problems, and the scientific concept of development is the fundamental building a harmonious campus. Using the scientific development concept to revisit the purpose and means of higher education,is the solution to the current contradictions and problems higher education encountered. Using the scientific development concept to promote school educational elements of the balance ,coordination and optimization of the school internal education elements, and to build a rational system of the campus culture, is the key to a harmonious campus unedr democracy and law. |
