在共建实验室完成的立体仓库系统设计

摘    要:利用青岛大学—西门子共建小型自动化实验室良好的软硬件环境和学习条件,基于WinCC flexible及西门子S7-200PLC实现了对立体仓库系统的设计。利用WinCC flexible与PLC之间通过工业标准通信协议MPI多点通讯协议进行通信的方式,完成了对立体仓库模型系统的实时监控。实验证明,系统具有很高的实时性和可靠性。

The Three Dimensional Warehouse' Design Completed in Cooperation Laboratory

Abstract:Making use of Qingdao University-Siemens small automation laboratory's hardware and software environments and good learning conditions, based on the WinCC flexible and S7-200 PLC,this article realized the monitoring and controlling of the three dimensional warehouse.The industry standard communication protocol and MPI multi-point communication protocol were used to connect the WinCC flexible and the PLC. It is proved that the system has the characters of real-time and reliability through the real-time monitoring and controlling.
