| 摘 要： | 创建红军，除了理论上准备外，军事人才的准备尤为重要。在大革命时期，中国共产党克服困难，在黄埔军校、国民革命军、国民军中开展了一系列军事运动，在党的周围培养锻炼和吸引了一大批军事人才。在开展工农运动的过程中，也造就了一些有军事才能的党的干部。苏联和共产国际也为我党培养了一批能文能武的军政人才。这些人都是党的宝贵财富，成为我党创建红军重要的军事人才的来源。

| Abstract: | Concerning the foundation of the Red Army, apart from the theoretical respect, the preparation for the military personal was also important. During the Great Revolutionary Period, the CPC, by overcoming a lot of difficulties and carrying out a series of military movements in the Huangpu Military School, Civil Revolutionary Army, Civil Army, cultiveted and attracted a great number of military personal together around the Party, and also brought up some military cadres for the Party during the development of the Industrial and Agricultural movement. The Former Soviet Union and the Communist International also cultivated some political and military personal who were armed with knowledge and military techniques. Those people were all the treasures of the Party, and became the vital military personal resource of the foundation of the Red Army. |
