| 摘 要： | 当前我国中小学探索实施的校本管理仍然存在一定的人本缺失现象。要达到"全素质管理模式"的效能标准,借鉴企业界的人本管理理论,构建以人为本的校本管理理论模式是一种可取之举。其分析框架是:学校与成员的认识与定位——学校与成员的目标协调——制度建设与环境塑造——选人、用人、育人、留人——实现学校与成员的共同发展。

| Abstract: | At present,the school-based management in primary and secondary schools in China is not human-oriented management.To truly achieve the goal of"full quality management model",we should apply the theory of human-oriented management in business to construct the human-oriented school-based management mode,which involves the recognition and positioning of school and its staff, goals coordination of school and its staff,system construction and environment creation,personnel's selection,use and education,the common development of school and its staff. |
