优化课堂设计研究

摘    要:优化课堂设计是提高教学质量的有效方法,其主要内容包括:教育主导思想优化、教学内容优化及教学方法和手段优化。具体做法是以设疑激趣为先导、以揭示规律为重点、以学生参与为途径,充分体现现代教育理论的特点。内容上以编制教学目标、确定重点、难点、关键点、拓清思路,设计好层次为重点。方法上开发采用现代先进教学设备,创设、探索新的教学模式,在以人为本前提下,使教学内容、教学方法和手段达到最佳效果。同时教师不仅传授知识,而且要培养学生的智力技能和优良个性,真正做到让学生“学会认知、学会做事、学会共同生活、学会生存和发展”。

Abstract:Optimizing classroom arrangement is an effective way to improve teaching quality,which includes the main idea of education,the contents of education,teaching methods and teaching means.To embody the characteristics of modern theory of education,these jobs should be done by regarding questions and interests as leading,disclosing rules as keystone,students participation as route,etc.In contents,many things should be done,for example,compiling teaching objectives,ascertaining keystones and difficulties,exploiting thinking,designing levels.New methods such as making full use of contemporary advanced teaching equipments,exploring new teaching modes should also be exploited,which will make the teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching means be the best.Attention,the premise is to regard people as the core.Moreover,Teachers should not only teach students knowledge,but also teach students to develop skills of intellect and good personalities,which will make students learn `how to cognize,how to act,how to live in harmony with others,how to survive and develop'.
