| 摘 要： | 融资难已成为我国中小企业普遍面临的主要发展瓶颈之一。本文首先从环境层面剖析了当前我国中小企业融资难的主要原因,然后逐层构建出了由政策法规、资金、信用担保和社会服务等组成的适合我国国情的融资大环境体系。

| Abstract: | The financing difficulty has already become one of the main development bottlenecks that small and medium-sized enterprises of our country have generally faced. Thesis dissect small and medium-sized enterprises financing difficult main reason from respect of environment at first, then construct and happen the old environmental systems of financing of the small and medium-sized enterprises of the suitable national conditions of our country progressively , this system is made up of policies and regulations , fund , guarantee and community service ,etc. |
