| 摘 要： | 文章使用中国1998年至2007年的省级面板数据,以普通中学教育为视角,考察了基础教育经费投入与地区创新能力之间的相关性。实证研究的结果显示,基础教育经费投入对于地区创新能力具有显著的促进作用,同时基础教育经费的支出结构也对地区创新能力具有显著影响。进一步的测度表明,教育经费投入的地区差距正在逐渐加大。基于实证研究结果,文章进而讨论了相关的政策含义。

| Abstract: | This paper examines the relationship between basic educational expenditure and district innovative capacity from the perspective of ordinary secondary school,using China provincial panel dataset from 1998 to 2007.The results show that the input of basic educational expenditure has significant and positive influence on district innovative capacity,and the structure of the expenditure also significantly influence district innovative capacity.Further analysis shows that the disparities of basic educational expenditure of different regions have been enlarged.Based on the empirical results,related policy implications are discussed. |
